As a veteran and military spouse, you become somewhat used to having to handle things without your spouse. But Murphy has a way of knowing when the TDY or deployment has left you the most vulnerable and loves to strike. Calling companies to handle things that your spouse normally handles can be a disheartening reminder of just how far away your spouse is and make you feel lonely, defeated and overwhelmed.  And that is just the emotional part of the task and doesn’t even take into account how it is going to affect your budget.  Add in trying to get a new business off the ground and it becomes a ticking time bomb.
I have known the Fullers for over 20 years and having John Fuller [founder of the Honor Crew] step in to help while my husband was deployed really helped ease the stress of trying to handle things without my husband.  Instead of wondering if I was going to find an honest company that was going to do decent work at a reasonable cost, I was able to turn the task over to John [The Honor Crew] and rest easy that things were going to get done with integrity and competence at minimal impact to the budget.
I am so thankful for the help provided while my husband was deployed and know that others will be too.

John, with the Honor Crew, was able to quickly identify and fix a leak in the roof of our house.  He was very honest, professional, and down to earth.  He has a huge passion for helping out the military and their families.  Would recommend to anyone!

Love the Honor Crew. I had them out to fix my toilet and also to fix several fence panels that blew down in a wind storm. John does great work and his helpers are awesome. This company is a great support and help when our spouses are deployed. So glad they exist.

John helped fix a part of our fence that blew over during a recent storm — a huge help so my wife could let the dogs back into our yard! We will absolutely be recommending to our friends who also need assistance!

The Honor Crew was great, and so kind! They were able to come over and fix my garage door. John was super helpful and told me I could call him again if I needed help with anything else. It was a huge blessing to me and my family!

I have searched for the perfect words to describe this organization, but how do you accurately depict a servants heart. Our fence broke with the winter storm that we had in Oklahoma on 1/10/2020. Once my husband discovered that three posts broke we had less than 24 hours with him before he was set to leave the state beginning the deployment process. My husband told me that there was a group that just briefed his unit and that he would contact his commander and the Honor Crew. I didn’t expect the level of care I was about to receive. I had just said goodbye to my husband when I received a call from John. John told me that he would be there Monday morning to start on the repair of our fence. When I arrived home from work Monday, it was so cold outside, but that didn’t stop John and Tony from working towards the repair. Words cannot describe the dedication and commitment John and his crew has to those who serve our country. They truly honor those in need, they are fully committed to whatever the job entails, and they ensure that the families of our service members are cared for while their spouses are away serving our country. I will never forget the kindness, the selflessness, the vow John and Tony uphold in honor of those who serve.

The Honor Crew did a fantastic job of helping my spouse while I’m away. They got the call and was there to repair the next day. The gentlemen were extremely nice and kept my wife informed through the repair process. I’m thankful for the Honor Crew and organizations like this that help take the stresses of deployment and home repairs away. I hope I don’t need them again, but will be relieved to know they will be there if I do need them. God Bless the Honor Crew.

I learned about The Honor Crew from a friend recently and I am so impressed with John and his crew of volunteers. I haven’t used their services yet, but as a military member, my wife could have really used a service like this many times while I was gone. It always seems like something breaks as soon as I leave and my wife is stressed about who to call and who to trust. I just want to say thank you to John and his crew for their service to the community and sacrificing their time and labor to help their fellow neighbors. I am a big fan and we need more people like you. God Bless!

Of course my husband is currently deployed. I have had a lot of things break since he left only 2.5 months ago and have run out of “friends” to call. I called my family assistance coordinator and he directed me to The Honor Crew. My kitchen sink was clogged and I had done what I could but it wasnt working. John answered immediately and came out the very next day. He did what he could with the tools he and I had, but it just wasnt enough. So he came back with Mike and bigger tools. They both were so great and so determined to get my sink draining and of course THEY DID! I am so thankful for these gentlemen. It is such a relief to know that no matter what I have someone I can call.

My husband was recently deployed. I found out about The Honor Crew before he left and it was so comforting to me knowing that when I inevitably would need help I had someone to call. Sure enough, I needed help with yard work. They came to over seed, mow, trim hedges, and weed eat. The yard looked amazing! Another time, I had an emergency with my garage door. I was on my way to pick up my kids from school and found myself stuck in my garage with a garage door that was suddenly in need of major repair! I was desperate and so upset at the unexpected cost and damage that was done. I called The Honor Crew and John Fuller came quickly and completely restored the garage door. He turned my emergency into nothing more than a hiccup in my day. Magic! It cost me nothing! I realized then that whatever my need, big or small, they would be there for me and they could get the job done. I will forever be grateful for the kindness my family experienced with The Honor Crew. At a time when my family felt most vulnerable we were supported and cared for by this amazing company!

Needed someone to mow our lawn since our lawn mower broke… called on this great organization (who are also our neighbors) to give me a hand with my lawn. They did an excellent job. Can’t say thank you enough!! It’s hard to ask for help when our husbands are deployed but knowing there is help if needed makes a huge difference.

-Michelle Bell, Oklahoma

I asked John to repair a plank on our fence that had broken because of some dogs, and he came and put in a new section of fence and after checking with the neighbor with whom I share a fence, did some landscaping to make the ground level so that it worked better. The job was done professionally, and with extreme courtesy within 48 hours of my request. It was such a great service to have help with home maintainence while my husband was deployed.
